AJC’s mission is to provide the tools for people of color and people who are marginalized to improve their lives by being the driving force behind their own liberation.
The wide ranging and candid discussion covered the then recent bombings plaguing Austin, the city's police chief search, engaging with government, racial dynamics and perspectives in Austin, and more.
UPDATE: On June 19, 2019 Chas was one of three recipients Nathan Cummings Foundation Fellowship. Each will received up to $150,000 each to turn their ideas into meaningful action. (LINK TO ANNOUNCEMENT)
