Public-Private Partnerships (P3s or PPP) are collaborations between a government agency and a private-sector company that can be used to finance, build, and operate projects.
ABOUT JOHN ROSATO
John is a principal at Southwest Strategies Group, a full range real estate brokerage and development company.
From 2007-2016, he was the Managing Partner for Seaholm, a $230M mixed-use development in downtown Austin.
